Very bad. Waste of time. My property manager referred, and so I called. Sales person came, took measurements. Couple of days passed, no news, then I called to find out the sales person is gone on vacation. Then some other sales person was assigned, she called and told me to come to their warehouse and select the counter top. So I went there and selected granite. Three days passed no estimate, no call. So I called again, gave all my details and that person said someone will call you in a bit, and I am yet to receive a call.

Select Stone was recommended by my kitchen cabinet supplier...and I can see why. I had an amazing experience with this company. Patricia was really thorough and professional in helping me select the perfect counter tops,  the template was perfect and the installation crew was top shelf! I will recommend Select Stone in Billerica without hesitation!  Thank you for a job very well done!

I have worked with Patricia, who is always professional, patient and smiling. Every employee at Select Stone is friendly and helpful and goes above and beyond to make sure you get exactly what you want. A firm price is immediate and installation is timely and perfect, with no mess left behind. Pricing is fair and advice about use of granite, marble or quartz is most helpful and appreciated. I will return again and again without hesitation :-)
