My husband and I are truly grateful for the O'Sullivan Installs team. They are impressive from start to finish! The sales process was pressure free while educating us on all the options available. The O'Sullivan's worked diligently to maintain the character of our 1896 home. The color, custom wraps, and accent pieces gave our home the facelift it so desperately needed. We were impressed by the speed and cleanliness of the installation process as well. There is no doubt we would recommend O'Sullivan Installs to our family, friends, and neighbors in need of siding, windows, and/or doors.

Our son and daughter-in-law had O'Sullivan Installs do work on their home. He was very pleased with the results and the service. We checked with others about replacing our upstairs windows but decided to go with O'Sullivan's.
They spent time educating us, comparing windows from other providers as well as the lines they carry. Once we decided, they ordered and called us to set a date.
The three man crew came early, stayed late and kept the work site clean.
There was an issue with the measurements, the problem was solved without losing a beat. They came back early the next day to finish the job.
They were very respectful and cleaned the area completely. I love the windows! Easy to operate, no more drafts and they look great, too.
They checked back with us about a week after the job. They said they will call in six months to make sure we are still pleased, but to call anytime with a question or a concern. Excellent customer service and we were very happy with the price and end result. I would recommend O'Sullivan Installs to family, friends and anyone looking for a quality product.

Tim and his team installed a replacement door, window and resided my entire house.  We had an exceptional experience!  This company hit the nail on every deliverable: sales, service, professionalism and most importantly, quality of work!  When the job was finished, not a single scrap of construction material was ever found as well.  I cant believe how meticulous and neat they were considering the size of the job at hand. When we later had an issue with the window (which we introduced no less), Tim was right there promptly and courteously repairing the window for us as part of the warranty.  After  many sour experiences dealing with contractors, it was a more than refreshing experience to find a contractor of this caliber that not only delivers (on time) but stands by their work.  Hats off to O'Sullivans!
