As a brand new entry into the world of roadbiking, I shopped around to a few shops around Cleveland looking for knowledgeable people who could bring me up to speed on what I should be looking, and paying, for a entry level road bike. I settled on B&K because they were the only shop to properly fit me to a bike AND tell me why they were doing it. Neil was extremely helpful and enthusiastic about biking and has the experience to get you what you need. I walked out with a new road bike to bring with me to Hawaii and couldn't be happier with the service.

One of the owners helped me when I went to B&K. He was very knowledgable and helpful. He gave me very useful pointers about shifting and bike laws in cleveland. His prices are very fair and so are his cost of service. I am forever a B&K customer.

Needed a new inner tube for a BOB stroller -- staff was super friendly, used my inner tube (already bought one from Wal-Mart) and it only cost $7. Would definitely go back for any problems in the future.

I bought a bike from here about a year ago, and was disappointed in the lack of friendliness from the owner. I have agree with the other negative reviews, the people at this place are not eager to help, and the owner is very curt and demeaning.

I have three children. We have purchased all of their bikes from B&K bicycles. All three bikes are still on the road and in excellent working order. The oldest bike is over 10 years old and has been through all three kids (we plan to pass it on to friends with younger children). Whenever our oldest kid outgrows his bike, we just get a new one and ratchet up the other kids one bike. In all that time, their bikes have only needed minor repairs (one broken seat, one flat tire), and a little light maintenance (which I do myself), AND THEY HAVE ALL LASTED. Whenever we have purchased a bike, we have received excellent service, with clear instructions on how to operate and maintain our bicycles. My wife recommended B&K to a friend, and this friend reported back to us that she received more assistance in purchasing a bicycle from B&K then she has received when purchasing a new car. We are life-long satisfied customers.
