Since it was built, I visit this Walmart 3-5 times a month, including this evening 11/13/17. I find the store usually has everything I come for and is always pretty clean. However, I'm only rating this Walmart 3 stars on account of the staff who deserves a solid grade of C. Sometimes they are very friendly and other times they will ignore you to the best of their ability, and unfortunately I have seen this a lot. Do not make the mistake of asking a stocking employee a question because you will be completely and quite obviously ignored. You can stand right next to them and they will literally act as if you are not there. In addition, not so much the employees, but rather the patrons themselves outwardly do not treat couples of mixed races very well. I am an African American woman, and my husband is of a different race. I've witnessed this too many times and after my experience this evening, it has prompted me to finally go online for this review.

I like the store because they tend to have everything I need. And I can rely on them to have what I'm looking for. But... They need to hire better employees. Honest and trusting and willing to work. To please customers and keep them happy. The other day I had a horrible experience. I went to get a money order to pay my rent. I had $660.00 dollars on me. My rent is 630 mind you... So, I accidentally gave her the full 660.00, thinking I kept $20.00 and only gave her $640.00. When I realized what I did after she cashed me out and gave me the money order I realized she pocketed my money. She stole my $20.00, and only gave me $8.00 back, when she owed me $28.00. This isn't the first time this stores employee's stole from me. Moral of the story, always count your money! And if you have to count it out in their hand like they're kids... because they will gip you if you aren't paying attention... Not every one is honest. And always double TRIPLE check those self check out machines! Please. Because if you get cash back at a self check out and don't grab it... It's gone! Anyone will take it!

Typical Walmart. The this location is clean and safe. Very friendly and helpful staff. Large selection but nothing unique or upscale. I shop here for snack size products and beverages. This location open 24 hours. Hey, come on, it's Walmart! Clean restrooms and free parking lot.

I always have a great experience when I visit. The store is in a good location and there is always ample parking. Safety is a plus for me so I am pleased to see the police are there regularly at this facility. The workers seem to be easy to get along with and are willing to help you if necessary. I have heard complaints however, I have not had any serious problems with the staff as of yet. I also like the convenience of having a 24 hour Super Center near me in the city limits I live in Euclid Hts so it takes me about 15 - 20 minutes to get there.

The place is somewhat clean. Some staff are okay; however most of the managers have nasty attitudes. Whenever I've gone to customer service to return items using my debit card to buy them in first place. They often refuse to give cash back as an option. Yes i had my receipt during the transaction. Other Wal-Marts such as the steelyard store do give you the option with no problem. I try not to shop here. I only go here because they're close to my house. Most of the managers are rude as hell. No matter what shift I've visited at.
