The turn over staff quite often.  I once "inconvenienced" a rep because she was on a personal call while I had been waiting for 10 minutes to be serviced.  The tech guys are hands down the best of the best.

Malea was GREAT!!!!!! I had a few issues with my phone and she was very helpful and cool...... I left assured that my issues were handled.

Just horrible  bought a iPhone 7 employee put everything in the bag for me when I got home there was no receipt in my bag and no user guide for me to use to learn how to work my phone absolutely worst service I have ever had from the phone store. Also had my pictures and contacts downloaded was told everything was switched over and not even half of my pictures were switched over  after waiting three hours to get this all done this was a nightmare sprint y'all need to get it together .
