Was referred to B&R by my employer.  This lady was extremely weathly and could have used anyone in the area she chose.  She trusted them with her estate pieces so when I needdd some repair work done on my wedding ring there was no question about who I could trust.  They did beautiful work on my ring.  They are reasonable and so nice.  Don’t hesitate taking your jewelry there for repairs!

Very nice people i. Wanted a special ring for mothers day .i tryed everybody in asheville nc. So i called billy and his staff and they went out of there way to take care of me . the best and the lowest price i have ever seen. Thanks billy and the staff.

Had very good experience. Wife bought a ring and they sized it down to fit her toe. One of the stones fell out. They took it in replaced the stone. Verified that the rest of the stones were not loose. Then they shipped it back to us at no charge. People are very helpful and friendly. Was a great experience. Next time we are in the area we will go back.

Five Stars all the way ...... go here, give them a try - Billy, Ray and Gary are all great guys to deal with !!! They will be straightforward and honest and treat you right !!!
