Bought a chair here two weeks ago went and picked it up last night. I  returned it and then repurchased  it right away because of coupons that were not offered at the time of original purchase. The employees working last night October 4th 2017 were very friendly, helpful and patient. I would go back to the store again.

Brandon put a $600 dollar order for a baby crib l picked for my baby and we purchased a total of more than $1000 that day we came home and measured the babies room and noticed the babies crib wouldn't fit so 3 days later we drove back to Oxnard to find a different bed that would fit and the STORE MANAGER lady treated my husband like a thief with such Rudeness than my  husband showed her our RECEIPT we purchased with cash. she didn't apologize and continued to tell my husband that they cannot give back cash even when we paid with cash and had a RECEIPT that she can only give us a Gift Card only, but we didn't want money back we wanted to get a different bed so to sum it up this was a very Unprofessional Customer Service she provided us and made us feel, and They Need to Educate this STORE MANAGER or FIRE HER AND FIND SOMEONE PROFESSIONAL as I will NEVER GO INTO THIS STORE EVER AGAIN AND WILL LET ALL OF MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS KNOW ABOUT THIS PLACE!!!

Clean and Helpful Store. Came here to purchase a travel system for my baby due in Aug. #1 best feature, as long as you can provide an ID you can try the carseat and/or stroller in your vehicle to confirm fit and function. Totally saved me from purchasing something I'd ultimately have to bring back. Decent sales around holidays, too. I'll be back in the near future.

Went to get baby shower gifts for my sons friends!!! Everything is so much better than "WHEN MY KIDS WERE BABIES!!!", Loved it! Why couldnt I think of some of those inventions!?!?!?
