Brought my husband in because he was ill. Was told by Dr. Greeley that it was viral and would last several weeks. Dr. Greeley says to call if he begins running a fever. I do so on Thursday night in which I'm told that's normal.  My husband progressively got worse in which I brought him to the er on Sunday. He was given a chest xray and diagnosed with ear infection, sinus infection and pneumonia. These insurance companies push having a pcp, but what's the point when your pcp misdiagnoses you without any imaging done? Dr. Greeley must have xray vision, because he would rather diagnose you by looking at you than truly digging into said "cold".

Called at 850 and was answeted by the answering machine telling me to call back within business hours.

Dissatisfied. Did not get adequate treatment for the issue went for. Could not see the original person I saw when I requested to do so. Considered getting a primary care doctor here at first but have decided not to do this. The condition I went for 3 times, is now worse and I find myself in a bind with a difficult work schedule and an illness. I stated this concern on my second visit but it was not internalized by the staff. Granted I should have been more forceful if that is how the place operates.
