This is one of my favorite spots. It's great for a bite out with the hubby, and is also very family-friendly. The experience this day consisted of 3 families - 6 adults and 4 kids in high chairs!!! The wait staff was amazing! They were polite and courteous and the food was delicious as always. Plus, they always have nice specials to try. It can get a bit crowded with a long wait, so get there early.

Oh goodness, where to begin. We arrived at 4pm for a late lunch early dinner. Sat at the bar where two young ladies were bar-tending and couldn't stop their conversation to realize we were there. One of them was drinking take out coffee from somewhere else. We were given two sets of unclean silverware and we asked that the next set be washed properly. My husband's iceberg salad with blue cheese we assumed was a wedge, it wasn't. It was in a small soup bowl with dressing on the side. My burger was grilled chicken on a brioche bun which wasn't toasted so it was wet. Sweet potato fries were superb. The two young women kept having to be summoned by customers because they were so involved in their conversations. Don't think we'll be going back.

They changed their fries, which I hate! The service is so much slower than it used to be. Oftentimes the servers never come to check on us. The hostesses are friendly, but the servers we've had the past 5 times are not. The burgers are good though. I wish they'd go back to their previous fries. The fry dip is amazing!

We had an early lunch there today with mixed results. We asked twice for a booth but were led past at least six empty booths to a table by a cold window. Our waitress was prompt and friendly though slow with refills. I had the Carolina burger with chili, slaw, mustard. It was perfectly cooked but had enough mustard for several burgers, it was all I could taste until I scraped it off. My side was onion rings - FOUR onion rings - for which I was charged an extra $1. My husband had a build your own salad which he enjoyed. I doubt we will be back.

Normally we love Bad Daddy's. We have eaten here frequently. We decided to eat here on Saturday on a whim. When we arrived it was very crowded. We chose to sit at the bar, but we we're still seated fairly quickly considering how busy they were (within a half hour). From there things went south. Our server, while friendly enough was extremely slow. It took forever to get our drinks and even longer for our food to arrive. When the food arrived there were many complaints. We actually got up and got the manager on two different occasions. He apologized but that was about it. Personally I had ordered the truffle fries and they had accidentally poured salt all over the fries instead of parmesan and then tried to mask it with parmesan. They were so awful you couldn't eat them, you could feel your face sweating if you even tried. I offered them to our other guests at our table to see if it was just me and no one could eat them. That was just one of many complaints. We get our checks and there's not even a 10% off discount or a we paid for your drink, sorry for the had service and bad food. Nothing! It was really disappointing. As we're leaving we hear the table behind us complaining of the same things! They had the same waiter that we did. It's one thing for a mistake to be made and another when there is no restitution.
