The food is always great when I'm able to get it. I work under very tight time constraints and often have to call my lunch or dinner in. Today 7/21/17, is the second time I've called and been left on hold from anywhere between five-ten minutes, again, time is crucial so not being able to place a phone order in a timely manner is disheartening to me. Bottom line: It shouldn't take that long to answer the phone after I've already been transferred from a hostess, I've often wondered why couldn't she take my order? And then calling back after having no one answer, only to get some snarky bartender that sounds like she hates her job is even more irksome. I doubt I'll order from this location again, the one near Toringwood in Charlotte has much better service and friendlier staff.

Really good chicken tenders and fries. Not to crowded. Nice atmosphere.

Showed up for lunch. The wings were good. I also had the shrimp and grits with the grape salad. I really enjoyed everything.
