Delivery scheduling is horrible. Tammie called me giving me a delivery time starting at 12p the day before delivery. On the day of delivery I left work early and checked my kids out of school to accommodate the delivery time. Turns out they came at 11:20a so I left work early and checked my kid's out for nothing. She states that wasn't the time she gave me but she is LYING and now they are saying they have to reschedule delivery. I called and spoke to her at 11:34am and she stated I was next so how when I arrive home at 12p the Sorry We Missed You card says they were they @ 11:20a. LIAR. The same way they have a job... I have one also so it's a big inconvenience to have to wait again for them to call the day before with a delivery time like I'm UNEMPLOYED. CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE SUCKS. Don't waste your time calling Corporate... They'll apologize but the end results will be the same.**UPDATE** spoke to Rick at Rockledge location, he had them to redelivery the next day. Thank you Rick for speaking to me from a customer to customer standpoint. Your consideration was appreciated. As for the rest of my review it's still the same... Ones a liar and corporate is a joke.

horrible what they are doing.. not letting people defer payments who have excellent credit rating with them that suffered through hurricane irma I only asked for a single deferment and they said no even though I've never missed a payment in 2 years.. everyone is helping out except for Badcock.. shame on you badcock!!!! i will never buy from you again!!!!! i will post this all over Facebook and social media....Thanks Babcock for kicking people while they are down...

Great experience. Randy the salesman, the delivery men Donald and I can't remember the other man's name (sorry) were great at their jobs. Thanks and I would highly recommend Badcock !

Staff greeted me as I walked in. Very Clean and organized. So many amazing collections to choose from. The manager too a moment and listen to my husband and me to help us find a bedroom set we love. Thats hard to do for most stores. The Delivery staff were neet and professional. On time, cleaned up after themselves and were very kind. All of this happened with our first time experience with Badcock. I will definitely recommend and be back for dining room table soon.
