I’ve never bought an item such as this in less than an hour but Graham made the experience so comfortable and easy going! He was great!  He educated me on padding and mattress types that I would be interested in. He was very knowledgeable and was able to get the right bed for my needs (bad back, needed a queen firm, no pillow top) , and got me a great deal! He took care of me and even his coworker Ross ensured I got my bed delivered on time. The delivery drivers called me an hour before,  as planned. This is the most personable place to get not just a bed, but an investment! Thanks so much to Graham, mattress one team and the mattress one delivery group for making a great impression!

DO NOT BUY A BED HERE!! I purchased a bed and told the manager i need a mattress asap due to back problems. He assured me the mattress would be at my house in a week. The day before my scheduled delivery day i get a phone call saying they don't have my bed and they don't know when it will be in the warehouse. He said i could have a refund but it would take 10 business days to process. Extremely frustrated.

Saw the sale ad and needed a quick replacement mattress.  The prices seemed good and there was no pressure in the store.  However, that's the only positive.  I am still waiting at 5:30 for a 1:30 delivery and no one has bothered to phone to let me know.  I have called the salesman 3 times to check on the delivery status and was told the delivery driver called me.  That is not true.  After the 3rd call I asked him to please have the driver call me, that was 30 minutes ago and still no call.  I am very unhappy with this customer service and will not shop there again.  I purchased the set on Sunday and requested delivery the following Friday, so it wasn't a last minute delivery.  They've had 5 days to work out their schedule.

I had the worst experience here! I went in and purchased a mattress around $650-ish. It was one of their store brand mattresses but felt comfortable. The salesman Matt told me that they can have it delivered next day and the driver would call me an hour out from my house. The next day rolls around and I get a call from the warehouse that they were out of stock when it was ordered and won't have it until the next week. That was frustrating (I'm staying on an air mattress at the moment) but of course things happen...no worries. After a couple days I get another call from the store rescheduling my delivery some days later bc they won't have my mattress by then. Ok fine. I get another call the day before the scheduled drop off that they are out of stock again and will need to reschedule for another week! I think I ended up receiving four different calls from four different people all claiming they gave no record of me having received calls before from them. I had to re-explain the situation to every hand the phone got passed to and still have no mattress! The delivery truck didn't even show up the last time and I didn't receive any calls to reschedule. I demanded a full refund and now I have to find another mattress store that knows what the hell they are doing. This experience felt like they were trying to take my money and run.

Beware buying a mattress here! I bought a mattress delivered with a small tear and different fabric/pattern than the one shown in showroom, and a week later, all I am told by the manager and district manager (who was in the store) is there is nothing they can do to help me but to keep trying to get in touch with customer service. I have tried many attempts to contact customer service and no one will email or call me back to get this problem resolved.
