Good service! Nice staff

I purchased a twin mattress from your Rockledge, FL store on 7/30/16.  .  The  tag states the finished size is 38x74.  In truth the mattress is MUCH smaller.  More like 35x71.5. This mattress is for a platform bed and there is a HUGE gap between the mattress and the frame.  I've called your customer service department and spoken with Louis at the store several times.  You attempted to deliver another mattress which is also too small.  Last week Louis told me he would get a mattress that is the correct size but I have never heard back from him.  At this time, I am shopping for another mattress at other stores and WILL be returning your substandard product.

I was very dissatisfied with the service I received after the sale was made.  I had purchased a mattress cover along with the mattress.  I assumed it would be delivered with the mattress since Louis at the Rockledge store did not give it to us when we were there.  When I called to ask about it, Louis was incredibly rude and practically accused me of lying.  "Well, I'm pretty sure I gave it to you..."  Really?  Like I'm gonna rip you off for a mattress cover?  After the mattress was delivered, we discovered that it was much harder than the one we picked out.  Again, Louis was not helpful.  He said we needed to "break it in".  He also informed us at that time (not when we bought the mattress, of course!) that it would cost $149 to replace the mattress we are so unhappy with.  I will NEVER buy from Mattress Firm again.

Jason was very helpful and courteous.  Delivery was quick though, I still think it should be free/no additional cost.  This is my second mattress purchase from this store and will probably make another in 5 years or so.

My wife and I are very happy with the service we received at this store.  We were helped by Jason Russell who was very knowledgable without being pushy.  We are very happy with the mattress set we chose and would highly recommend Jason and Mattress Barn.
