My experience with the local Badcock branch has been mostly positive, but I did have a couple problems with their furniture.  I bought a leather sofa and loveseat and they delivered the wrong set.  A week later they swapped that set with the correct one and didn't charge me any extra.  That was good.

About 7-8 months later they had to replace that sofa because it had discoloration problems.  I picked out a different sofa set an the wood supports in the arm rests cracked within one month.  They replaced that set free of charge and have been very polite throughout my experience.  Even though I've had a couple problems, the manager at the local Badcock Furniture has been very helpful and I plan to continue to give them my future business and recommend them to friends as well.

Just got a bed delivered 5 minutes ago. I am very happy. The two gentleman were polite and professional. They said they would be here between 8am and 11am they got here at 8am. Set everything up for me and again were very polite and pprofessional. Very impressed :)

I am pleasantly surprised by the stylish pieces showcased in this spacious showroom. While the range of side tables and shelf units is especially good, the size of most furnishings is more appropriate for homes than apartments or condos. Associates are helpful and not pushy.
