All though the specific reviews for this store seem to be mixed, the general consensus is that this location provides timely and welcomed customer service, as well as a clean respectful location inside Tyrone Mall. The employees are a delight to passing customers which is a nice benefit.

This is not against this store but about Sprint Corp.  I have my phone covered with insurance.  The only repair center in Pinellas County is this store.  The center cannot order the part for my phone they have to hope it comes in the weekly shipment.  Screens for my phone has not shown up in over a month.  So I decided to send it in for repair which is a 5-7 business day turn around.  The loaner "smart" phone is one step over a flip phone.  When I tried to install the apps from my old phone I get a message my phone does not support that app.  How would a Mercedes owner react if a loaner card was a Ford Escape?  If Sprint loaned out most recent phones people would fall in love with it and want one.  In general Sprint customer service has tanked the last year.  I guess most of their customers just accept poor service.  Not me, I am going to see how Verizon service works.
