My initial review did not capture my comments. I applaud Janet Graham (a Baer's employee of 17 years!) for her professionalism as well as guidance with me since interior design is not my area of expertise. Please request her if you want an elevated  level of expertise. In addition, I had my items delivered earlier than I originally scheduled and Emilio and Oscar were very accommodating with the assembly delivery etc. I will continue to be a repeat customer. Thank you!

Excellent service!  Sherry W is so very talented and has a special way of connecting with and understanding what her client wants.  She makes wonderful suggestions and offers many options.  She is with you from start to finish.

Delivery and setup was efficient.  Sherry was there to make sure all went smoothly.  The crew worked very hard to get everything right

I walked in and was greeted by some very knowledgeable salespeople. Sharona knew exactly the style that would suit me with just a few questions. It made the experience very pain free, (I dislike shopping).
All in all a great selection, but the salespeople are top notch!

Baer's really came through for us.  We found a lower price online for rour dream dining room set and they honored it.  Sherry W. was awesome as was the back office.  The delivery guys were fantastic and very professional.   We're definitely hoping we can get a similar deal for our office / study!  Thanks Baer's!

We use Janet Graham as our Salesperson at Baer's and have always been impressed with her professionalism and expert design services.  To finish with the excellent store service - we have always received awesome delivery service of the furniture we purchased!  Great team at Baer's!
