Horrible customer service.  The women that work there (not all of them, but most) think they are above everyone else.   They spend more time on their hair and makeup than they do listening to the customers and trying to help them.   Unfortunately for them, most men that come in the store are married with their wives right along side of them.  
These women are spoiled brats who think their customers are bored housewives with nothing else to do.  I have two jobs....I will shop somewhere else.  Brush up on your customer service.

I have purchased from Pottery Barn many times and almost every time, I wish I could have found my items elsewhere.  They have the poorest customer service with no value to the purchaser.  If you have an issue, good luck.
