Purchased a $600 42” round table and chairs. Shortly after delivery, I noticed damage to the table top in 9 different spots. When I called to have it replaced, I was told they would send someone to repair or I could take $75 to forget the whole thing. 
I paid for a new piece and I want a new piece. It’s that simple. 
The customer service leaves a lot to be desired. 
Go somewhere else.

Easy sale for them. They had display model I was ready to buy. No delivery, so I offered to get a home depot truck and take it. They said professional movers only! So with sign saying free delivery and can't take product with you, I was forced to go elsewhere. 2 stars for affordable prices

LuLu was an absolutely wonderful saleswoman.  Not only was she knowledgeable, efficient, and kind, but we had a lot of fun looking through your inventory with her.  It was truly our best furniture seeking experience we have ever had, and we have done a lot both recently and in the past.  Everything arrived as expected and we LOVE it.  She even got us set up with an extremely quick delivery, especially compared to other furniture stores.  We will definitely be back to shop with LuLu for other rooms in our house and she will always be our first stop.  We would definitely recommend her to all guests, as she's the reason we chose to buy from city furniture instead of other stores. Great selection, great prices, and great customer service!!

Purchased a buffet in late November and requested delivery in late January. Paid in full. Received a call from City Furniture 5 days before delivery saying they were out of stock. They were in stock when we paid for it. Now they tell us inventory isn't guaranteed if delivery isn't taken within 9 days. We weren't told this when we purchased. Now City has our money and we will have no merchandise until late February or March. This is a real integrity issue. The inventory should have been locked when we paid for it. We also purchasef furniture from Havertu's. We didn't have to pay in full until 10 days prior to delivery and the inventory is held for us.  Now which place would you prefer to deal with?

I just wanted to send out a special shout out to Francine....We were in last minute tonight and caught her as she was ending her shift... she treated us as if she had just clocked in.. she couldn't have been more knowledgeable and nicer than she was..a real class act.. if you go shop at this store.. you should request her as your salesperson.. you won't be disappointed..
