If only I could give this place negative stars.... Was there on Saturday for my boys birthday, was receiving bottle service from a girl I believe by the name of Joani. I asked her to please bring some bottles of waters for us, and she acted as if I wasn’t a paying costumer. She was very rude and disrespectful, responded by saying “I’m not a server, I’m a bartender. I can bring you a bottle, but not a bottle of water.” I told her to let me speak to her manager and she refused to get him. I told her I’d let her manager know regardless and her response was “I’m not worried, I’m sucking the right DK”. At this point I am not only upset, I am disgusted. I don’t know what hiring process they go through to hire someone with no sort of self respect, nevertheless respect of their costumers. I will NEVER step foot in this place again.

The food is awful. We went for karaoke which is advertised for 8 pm. Unbeknownst to us the bar was rented out for a travel club presentation. At 8:50 we asked the manager how long before karaoke. He responded rudely, so we paid for the terrible food and warm beer and left.

Food & service is always on point! Fresh, hot, flavorful, and presented very well. Atmosphere is laid back on nights when there's no event, but when there's an event...it's always a good vibe, I had so much fun. I met the owner & he definitely accomodated me & my friend on a crowded night for an event when we wanted our fish & bammy. Will definitely be a regular customer.
