I just wanted to thank you & your staff again
for your compassion & caring for my cat, Baby Jane, when she had be
put to sleep on 10/21/11.  It was heartbreaking to lose her after 7
years but the compassion you showed for her & for me was something I
will never forget.  The tech made a mold of her little paw prints for
me with her name & the date stamped on it which I will treasure
always.  Then about a week later I received a card telling me that you
had had a tree planted in the forest in her memory & then a few days I
got another card letting me know that you had made a donation in her
name to an animal foundation.  I was so touched by all your
thoughtfulness & caring.  It made me feel that you helped me to truly
honor her memory.  Thank you again.  I have taken every pet of mine to
Dr. Paulson since I first moved to Bakersfield in 1985 and will
continue to trust him with the care and health of my babies.  Betty

The staff wanted to keep my pet in it's carrier out in the parking lot before and after surgury! The cat had gotton nervous and had an accident in the carrier. I offered to clean it out, but no they said their policy was to keep the animal outside! It reached a 100 degrees that day! How would that be allowed as proper veterniary care? They need to be investigated as to their animal welfare practices. Don't go there.
