So I went yesterday and took my dog and was told that it was 97 to check and tell me what was wrong with her, after that they would give me an estimate of what treatment she needed. So we got inside the vet didn’t know what was wrong with her since she didn’t want to eat and her stomach was like shaking she said she didn’t know and wanted to get a blood test which was $350 just the test it didn’t include treatments or medicine nothing. We didn’t have that kind of money so we decided to leave take her to her regular vet the next day . We basically payed 100 to not know nothing at all. Which is stupid because we pay to know what’s wrong and after that they tell us what she needs and gives us an estimate . And another thing the lady vet was rude to our dog she couldn’t put the thing in her mouth so she wouldn’t bite because our dog was scared moving and after 2 tries she said I can’t deal with this and threw it on the table so we had to do it . Very rude , unprofessional and wouldn’t recommend it !!!!! Don’t waste your money

My dog is having health issues, and I was referred here. I really appreciate the: doctors, staff and valet. They made me feel like I made the right decision by traveling 3 1/2 hours to treat him. Though, they are 'pricey' they are professional and have a full service facility that reassures a person of their services.

I have taken two of my dogs here in the last three weeks. During the first visit I was reading previous reviews that had been posted with great trepidation. As I reflect back on my own experience I can honestly say I would bring my beloved pets back here if the circumstances dictated it. As for the negative experiences that people have had here, I have come to the conclusion that as pet owners we are all highly emotional and vulnerable when reach the facility and it affects our judgement and perception to one degree or another. We were treated with kindness, respect and compassion. It can be expensive, but I would expect emergency medical care to not be the same price as a wellness check at my regular vet. As I have set in the waiting room I have witnessed some of the most heartbreaking scenes. I witnessed two different families deal with the loss of a beloved family pet. One family was driving a BMW and the other had to push start their very old truck. Both of the families were treated in an identical manner, with much compassion. The less affluent family continually thanked the staff for their generosity and support. I would gladly recommend them to anyone, they have my full support and gratitude forever.

My dog became sick and regular vet was closed, I called ahead I was told exam was $97.00 from there I could decide, I was approached with an estimate of $ 800. - $1300. Just for test No treatment at all this Doctor is out of his mind, no treatment and let her suffer. I don't t think so. This place tries to take advantage of  people when their hearts are breaking by watching your family member suffer, hoping that you will just say yes. There was no way I was going to leave my baby there not even her dead body. NEVER GO HERE.
