I adopted a small dog.....great service! I see a lot of complaints: people please have compassion on the staff and understand they are really busy trying to do their best. If they're under staff maybe some of you can do some volunteer in that facility....maybe by just being a cheerful greeter, one who can open the door for the visitors, or help by taking the dogs to the play area they have...or help with anything they might need.  Please don't expect perfection from these people, they're trying their best to serve the community. Those of you who complain about them not taking in the cats....it's not their rules...they follow county rule....its out of their control! Now, if they can't take them try taking them to a different shelter....but don't bash the staff. This could be an opportunity to do a good deed and take care of God's little creatures. And for those perfectionists, you only see the imperfection in others, try looking at yourself in the mirror and hopefully you can see a "PERFECT" human being that you are. Nobody is perfect. To the facility staff, thank you for your service, and for all your hard work....its a large load to handle but thank you for the best effort you make!!!!    Little prayer: may the Lord find a parent for all these little animals that have been neglected, abandoned, and abused. ❤❤❤🐶🐶🙏🙏🙏🐱 🐱 🐱

They say their overcrowded with animals? Every time I've been there...no such thing. It gives me the impression that no time is wasted on killing the animals. They do not document all incoming animals, so I was told. I believe that "every" animal should be both documented and photos. Take a good photo, please. Thank you.

The staff is helpful as can be! And pets get adopted very quickly here from what I have seen.

Staff is nice and very helpful.  Answers any questions you may have. Animals are kept clean, fed, and watered. Very happy animals.  Kennels are kept very clean. I love this place.

They were able to help or family cat named Garfield. So he can get treated, so I can bring him back home to my son. Thank u staff.
