Quick run to a doctor's appointment on Post Street, the trip through the Balboa BART station was relatively smooth and there were no issues with the trains that day. Nice thing is there's been a bit of upkeep at the station which has reduced the number of vagrants and other types that used to hang around the station. I believe this is due to the greater police presence, and the presence of Jehovah's Witnesses with their public Ministry displays, the latter is quite nice as well

Average Bart station. They need to have the open train waiting area covered. I see people smoke in the station but nobody cares. More police patrols would help. The station is way better than Civic Center. They are putting another access point next to the K train stop with a canopy which is good. I would suggest power washing the station walls where the trains are would help. At least they are upgrading the station in little bits and not all at once.

Nice and clean Bart station. Quite a bit of different environment from the stations downtown. It is also a transfer station, so I get out of the city the first train I could catch and continue on from here. Parts of the station are under construction and incomplete but the work area doesn't hinder commute.

Clean Safe and also a transfer if you want to get to Oakland airport. Been here several times. Haven't been outside the station, but inside it feels safe and I also have no need to be wary of my surroundings
