In my opinion, the best way to get from San Francisco Airport to downtown. Trains are frequent, I didn't have to wait too long for the next train, believe it was about 15 minutes per train. And the price from SFO International terminal to Powell Street station was only $8.95. Seats are almost always available, the ride is comfortable and only takes 30 minutes. The only thing is if one has large luggage bags, there isn't a specific place to put the bags and one has to just keep it by the side of the seat.

BART is a good way to travel to airport and back. Its neatly maintained and trains are always on time. There are special area for bicycles and disabled. However only issue is that there is no toilet in Bart trains and you have to get down at any station 4 toilet!!

Great option to go downtown San Francisco and orher places. Trains come as scheduled. This particular station is clean, well lit, and staff are helpful. Just remember, this BART station has no restroom. If you are coming from the International Airport, make sure you take care of your business. If you are coming from the domestic airport, you need to take the sky shuttle to the international airport to reach this station.

Thank you for the helpful staff, she came to rescue clueless visitors like me to buy ticket for my trip. First of all, the vending machine is not responding to credit card insertion. Orientation of card is wrong. Secondly, I need to read from the fare map the exact amount I should be paying. And finally, I need to manually enter that amount into the vending machine by the various add subtract buttons. (The machine defaults to USD 20). Well done, great staff!

Easiest and fastest way to get from SFO to The City or East Bay. Entrance is also connected to international terminal next to united checking
