Buyer beware. They have a "no return" policy that they only put in fine print on the receipt. Store credit only. I bought a hat for my partner as a Christmas gift. We went to exchange it for another size, but they didn't have the right size in stock and new stock would take a month to arrive. Not wanting to wait a month we asked for a refund and were surprised by the cashier's very rude response. If I'm buying a baseball cap that costs over $45 I'd much rather do it at a store with friendly sales associates and a return policy that doesn't make you feel like you've been taken advantage of.
