Experience was every bit of these 5 stars! I experienced extremely excellent customer service from The Kansas City Clothing Co. When i placed my order within a few hours an actual individual employee (not automated response) emailed me to say one of the items i purchased was out of stock in my size and apologized for the inconvenience, offering a discount code for my next purchase. The prompt personalized email made me realize how rare this type of stellar customer service is these days especially when ordering from your phone. I decided to purchase the same item in a different color way and was happy i did because it's the softness KC sweatshirt i own! The order shipped to me quickly despite me living on the west coast. I believe that the way my transaction was handled with such attentiveness and concern has me taking time to write this review and has me as a loyal customer to The Kansas City Clothing Co.

Great customer service and awesome clothing! They have everything from simple tees with front pockets to fun designs and royals gear! It's affordable, comfortable, and well worth it. Great store!
