Bill was great he wasn’t pushy he listened to my needs made the entire experience smooth and efficient. Once I chose the car I wanted Bill got me through the paperwork quickly and the whole team came over to meet me and made me feel welcome. My car was ready the next day as promised and Bill even washed my plate off before putting it on my new car.

Through my own research, I decided I wanted a Ford Fusion. Balise VW had one in stock, so I decided to stop in for a test drive. Given, I probably made their job easy, but they made the entire process easy and enjoyable.

Wade Murray, with whom I went on the test drive, was a breeze to work with - honest and straightforward. Once I decided to proceed, Kevin Crosby took over with the contracts/financials, who was also open and honest - just a great guy to work with. While I was presented with through breakdowns on additional warranty plans/coverage options, I never felt like I was being pressured by anyone at Balise.

The entire process was informative and pleasant. Would recommend checking them out for a VW or whatever other stock they may have on hand.

Josh was beyond great!!! I would highly recommend him to any one I know. Josh had actually helped a friend of mine about a year ago and he did a great job and when I went back to look at a new car for myself I must say that I really was hoping that he was and out of all people to greet us when we first got there was Josh. He’s great at what he does and is so humble and genuine. My experice there and haveing Josh to help me I have to say as a guest I felt like what I wanted was cared about and not just trying to get me into any car. If I could give Josh a 10 for 10 I would. I would definitely come back and ask for him every time. I thank him so much!!!

Easiest and best experience. Jared, our salesman and all of the employees that assist in getting the lease completed were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure our experience was amazing. I will go back again and again to work with them.
