I just moved to the area and have brought my Kia to be serviced at other locations in other states and hands down this was the fastest and best service I have ever had.  I have been here twice now and just walked in both times with no appointment for routine service.  Each time the staff was extremely accommodating, friendly and FAST!  I have waited hours at other dealerships for the same service.  I would recommend this location for all your Kia needs.  Great job and thank you to all involved.

After much of the back and forth that I think so many people do not look forward to when having to shop for a new car, Thomas @ Bald Hill eliminated the game playing and helped make it a much smoother process! They worked hard to get us the best deal, and I got to take the car home same day ON A SUNDAY!!  Most genuine group of people in this kind of business that we have seen in a long time!! Thank you Bald Hill Kia!

Bald Hill Kia - Service department is the best Kia Service Dept. They provide you with a thorough explanation of services, prices and approx time it will take. They keep you updated through your wait and make sure you are comfortable during your visit. Melinda is especially helpful and the best. If you have to have your Kia serviced, go to Bald Hill Kia!!! Make the effort to travel here for your service needs!

It was a pleasure to deal with knowledgeable people in the car business for a change. Both Joe the salesman and Paul the sales manager were terrific. No bull they wanted the business and did what was needed to get it. Bo bull!!!

It was fine actually, very friendly and warm hearted people always wanted to please your point of view and goals. They were some issues but we got it through in a positive way. So you can go and have your own experience, you won't regret it!
