I would like to say a huge THANK YOU to Kyle Phillips!!!! We didn't have a standard situation (buying out of state), but transaction went absolutely seamlessly. Kyle went as far as to pick us up from the bus terminal, and had the car (with a big red bow) and paperwork all ready for us. We were in and out within 10 minutes. He has a great knowledge of the brand and is very easy to communicate with, he is a great asset to this dealership!!! Looking forward to doing more business with him in a future!!!

While being aggravated with HERB CHAMBERS of Sharon we drove in to this dealership on a whim. I have never done business with them before. Within 45 minutes they located our RX 350 Sport EXACTLY the way we wanted it. In 2 days it is parked in our driveway. And I paid LESS than a quote from Herb Chambers . The Entire experience lasted 1 and a half hours TOPS !!!! The salesman Kyle was Excellent and the finance woman was Excellent as well. We were in and out So Fast I can't remember half the names of all the staff that helped us. HIGHLY recommend this dealership

Had such a great experience with James in 2013 we just bought another car from him.  We told him what we were looking for, and he kept us updated as different options came in. James is honest and easy going and works to get you the best deal without the back and fourth haggling.  Seth went over all our finance options and warranty information in detail so we could make the best decision on what options worked for us.  Stephanie was so friendly and helpful getting our phones set up and explaining all the options.  We will definitely recommend our family and friends, and will be back again in the future. Fair prices and great service from start to finish ....check them out, you won't be disappointed!

Our experience with Lexus of Warwick was phenomenal! They were very professional in their demeanor. Unlike the typical car dealers, they were not pushing to sell the vehicle and we did not have to haggle for hours. 
Specifically, our sales person, Hal was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining about the vehicle and we are extremely impressed with his regular, post sale follow-up. We are so glad we found them.

My recent service experience at Lexus of Warwick was as usual; excellent. Ryan has been the service advisor for all of my maintenance appointments, and he works to assure that each concern is met with my complete satisfaction.  In addition, I’m not at all “mechanically astute,” yet Ryan is quite pleasant and most patient when explaining every step of the service needed.
