Recently, I needed a skylight replaced. The installation crew arrived on time the day of the installation. They were very knowledgeable and went right to work. The job looks great, and I would definitely use Balken Roofing again.............AND I DID! 
In early December 2017, after finding multiple issues with the roofing practices from those who built the house in 2010, I decided to get a quote from Balken for a total roof replacement. I knew this job would require the utmost knowledge & skill to do it right. Balken's quote was reasonable and the work was top notch. I received phone calls prior to the work beginning to keep me updated on their scheduling and was contacted after the job was complete. You truly get what you pay for with Balken Roofing. Great Job!

I met the Balken family at the GAF conference in California this week and I was blown away with the commitment to excellence in the roofing industry. Thé passion and integrity they portray is truly admirable and I can’t wait to check out there homesite in NC soon!

Wow... seriously some of the best customer service I've ever experienced!  Step by step communications from the office prior and I would expect following the service appointment. Very knowledgeable about the problem and a small fix that he didn't charge for... simply AMAZING. You just found a lifetime client in us. I need to apply this level of service to my business. Thank you!

Balken personnel cleaned my Gutter Helmet fixtures very well. They were very professional and gave outstanding service. We have used Balken for several roofing jobs at out house and they always do an outstanding job.
