Wanted roof roof to install gutters on my entire house. Initial communication was good, however when it came time to sign the contract they fell off the face of the earth. I called several times and was promised that it would be emailed - It never was. I am not going to chase a contractor to give them several thousand dollars. Save yourself the headache and find someone else. Yes they have the correct email address as I received a quote and other communication successfully.

UPDATE:  After almost two months I have to give kudos to the sales rep for following up and trying to make it right. However, attempts fell short and while the gutters look nice, functionally half do not work. Many have lots of standing water in them. About 3/4" to 2 inches...I'll look to a skilled handyman to fix them come springtime.

UPDATE 2: Changed my rating from 1 star to 4. After another visit, the gutters have been fixed so now they not only look good, but work as well. I am appreciative that Roof Roof reads these reviews and keeps following up to make it right. They do aim to the customer happy.

From the beginning when I called the person I spoke with on the phone was very helpful & informed me that someone would return my call the same day.As I waited I also called other companies with the same repsonse,surprisingly roof roof called the same day & sent a sales representative out the next few days.  The sales representative was very nice & knowledgeable about different types of shingles for my mother's home. After he gave us an estimate of an roof replacement, other Companies came out to give an estimate but roof roof was better far as price & quality! The crew arrived early Friday morning and completed the job by 4:00 pm. Arrival time 7a.m. -departure 4 pm  great clean up job. Overall wonderful job!  HIGHLY recommend this company.  Lastly the sales representative came out to make sure that we were pleased Great customer service!

I had Roof Roof replace my roof last December and they did a great job.  Very conscientious about clean up as well.  Dependable, professional and courteous.    I needed a slight fix this past December due to some squirrel damage and naturally I called Roof Roof because of my prior experience with them.  They didn't disappoint, came out when promised and took care of my problems.   I would recommend them for any work you may need, replacement, repairs, or squirrel prevention.

The first time I used Roof Roof was to replace roof due to hail storm. They did such an excellent job that I did not consider using anyone else for this house. Both times the work was excellent and they cleaned up everything. Best contractors around and both times my reps were the best!

Their representative showed up on time and was polite and courteous.  Climbed all over the roof and found more than I thought was wrong.  I don't do heights.  He took pictures and showed them to me and he gave me an estimate.  The roofer showed up on schedule (after I called to check) and was also polite.  He was here about an hour and a half and seemed to know what he was doing.  Work seems to be good although I was a little surprised at the cost for the short amount of time and the few materials that were used.   I would recommend them but would probably negotiate a little more on cost.
