Just had H&S replace the flat roof over our den. From the very detailed quote we received from Ned, to the office staff that kept us up to date on the scheduling of our project, to the crew that installed the roof, they were all outstanding. The crew arrived on time, was courtous and professional, the job was completed on-time and they left our yard impeccably clean.
I would highly recomend H&S to my family and friends.

Very professional.   Very easy to work with.  Respectable price for a larger company.  In and out and left the place clean.  Saw only one nail so far.

If 0 stars were available I would pick that.  The worse roofing company in town.  Had a emergency fix on my third floor before the  storm and they did not fix it right.  I now have a hole in my ceiling with a terrible leak that soaked my couch.  Customer service was terrible.  Mary was very rude on the phone and they were not willing to correct their mistake the day I called.  I switched to a better roofing company who was much nicer and willing to help quicker.  They did not even offer to return my money for making a mistake on our roof.  Do not waste your time calling them for service.  Definitely not quality service compared to other roofing companies in town.
