I needed to get my wife's wedding ring redesigned, so I did a quick review search and Ballard & Ballard's had great reviews. Glen, one of the owners was very friendly and helpful to work with in this redesign. His knowledge and expertise is exceptional and the quality of work that was done is top notch. The wife was extremely happy. Finally, the price was right too. I highly recommend !

Simply amazing work and professionalism!! Came in with 2 rings needing to be resized after many years of not being able to wear them. Ballard & Ballard Jewelers sized me and took the rings with no problems. Just picked up the rings and just amazing. Fits like a glove for both rings and excellent clean up job and fit. Simply amazing!! Go here and you will NOT be disappointed!!!

We are now faithful customers of this jewelry store. The jewelry is beautiful and high quality. They have some beautiful designs that we don’t find in other stores. The customer service is extremely friendly and helpful. I have had rings resized, chains shortened and plan to have them reset some of my stones. I was even more impressed when they called me to make sure my ring sizing was comfortable and assured me they would make any changes necessary.

I am very happy with the service at Ballard Jewelers. I brought my wedding ring in as I lost a diamond. They did an amazing and timely repair. It looks great! If you need any jewelry repairs call Ballard.
