Always helpful but pricey

I was there 11/9/16.  Both Tehani and Richard very extremely helpful and forthright.  I needed some insoles for plantar fasciitis.  I purchased a couple of pair.  Unfortunately,  the insoles didn't work out and they were very courteous and empathetic for them not working out for me. They even suggested a brand they no longer carried that I purchase from the competition.  They didn't have to do it.  They were very professional and thoughtful.

As a result , when I need a pair athletic shoes this where I'm going.  Wonderful service!

Awesome customer service. These guys really know their stuff. Choosing running shoes in this place is awesome thanks to their knowledge and help.

I just left Front Runners in West Hollywood.  I had a dreadful experience.  I live in West Hollywood and try to shop locally.  When I was walking into to the store two men were standing out side the store, I asked if they worked there they said yes.  Bryan the Assistant Manger was one of the men.  The store was empty.  So, I asked if they knew about running shoes.  Non succulently the reply was , "yeah"...Not a way to great a potential customer with orthotics in her hand prepared to BUY a pair of shoes.  Then I was concerned about where I parked.  There was no parking on the street so I parked behind the store where a sign was posted "Front Runners".  The lot was empty as it was 4:45pm.  I asked Bryan if that was OK.  he said NO only Corporate park there.

The out come of my experience at Front Runners in West Hollywood?....Horrible.
Will I shop there again...NO
 Good Customer Service...NO
 Bryan as a Assistant Manager or employee for that matter...NO
