We just moved to the area and were looking for a reliable and affordable plumber to do some work on our new home. Roy was very prompt and informative when he was working on our hot water heater. He went out of his way to make sure we understood what was going on and what needed repairs. Never once did I feel like he was trying to sell us something we didn't need. Great guy, we are very pleased with Ballard's services so far! Any plumbing or heating concerns we will be contacting Ballard's in the future.

Very prompt on first service call. A little miscommunication along the process. Ballards made good on everything. All in all they did a good job and we would recomend Ballards to others.

Absolutely the very best in Northern Michigan!  Great service; they care about their customers, get the job done quickly and well, and charge fairly.  I can always count on Ballard's.
