This is the best healthiest food anywhere in the Zion area. The veggies are fresh and prepared crisp and crunchy, the staff is super accommodating and friendly, the service is lightning quick, they do not use msg in their cooking and the food is delicious! The menu lists all the ingredients of all their dishes. Something you don't care for in the ingredients in a particular dish? No problem. Just tell them what you like! I ordered shrimp with black bean sauce, wok prepared with snap peas, bell pepper, white onion and water chestnuts- something I just made up in the moment from a memory of a memorable meal I had twenty years ago in San Francisco and not on their menu- and it was absolutely perfectly prepared and delicious! I swear they must have harvested those shrimp ten minutes ago they were so tender and delicious. This is the kind of food that's so light and healthy that you can just eat and eat and eat and never feel full, during or after your meal. Five Stars for Bamboo!

We have been here twice and both time the food was great. The tastes are delicate and there are plenty of fresh crispy vegetables, like they should be. We had the Pad Thai, Orange crispy chicken, Beef with mixed vegetables and the Chicken with mixed vegetables. The prices are good, the service was quick and very friendly. So don't hesitate and visite Bamboo. Family of three from Holland

Good food and good service! Price was not unreasonable. They accommodated me with vegetarian options even though they are not on the menu. Allowed me to substitute tofu for any of the meat meals. Presentation of food was also very nice. I wish I had taken a photo haha.

You might think to skip the Chinese restaurant while visiting Zion National Park and Springdale. That would be a mistake. The food here is good... really good.... and I spend a lot of time looking for good Chinese food. Please don't let the Frontier Lodge decor deter you. The Mongolian beef rivaled any I've had in New York's Chinatown. We also had the curry chicken which was also remarkable. This it's a new place, they are trying hard, doing the right things, and it shows.

Very delicious. They will also make anything in their menu vegetarian if you ask. The general tofu was great, but the Mongolian tofu was extra tasty!
