My significant other and I were looking forward to a peaceful evening eating steaks after a long week of hiking. We were seated within a foot next to a loud family and we couldn't even hear our own conversation. There were plenty of other seats within the restaurant that wee empty. We both ordered steaks and they weren't cooked as we had requested. The tops were burned badly. It seems like a good restaurant with the staff and service being nice, but the food and atmosphere needs work!

It's a beautiful restaurant with leather seats and nice decorations. Had some wine, appetizers were great, very tasty. My boyfriends steak was ordered rare, to me it looked medium. Very dry for aged meat. I ordered halibut which looked and was described properly but there was something missing in this meal, not as tasty as it looked. Overall nice restaurant, great appetizers but could use work on entrees.

Food was good. I had the bison burger. My friend had the guacamole burger and a moose drool brown ale. Waiter wasn't very energetic/personable/attentive. There are only 15 tables and a bar here. You may have to stop the servers if you need a refill. Prices were reasonable. Atmosphere was nice, what you'd expect from a sports grill. May not be ready to accommodate a large group without a reservation or reasonable wait time.

I had made reservations to this restaurant on our second stay. It was I and 3 other women vacationing. I expect to have a wonderful dinner here, but it turned sour when we arrived. I and my party felt discriminated. Maybe because we are Hispanic women?? It just made me feel awful. I had requested a table for 4 at the window. I was being escorted to a dark corner in the restaurant. When I notice 4 tables at the window being unoccupied at that hour. When I asked I liked to be seated there, the woman responded to me, that they are reserved, I then said that I had reservations. She did not respond to my question. Then my sister asked her what's wrong with the table that was facing the tables, she then sat us there. I was willing to let that matter go. My party was looking to have a wonderful dinner. We all happen to order Filet Mignon with Bake Potato and Mix Vegetables. The Filet was very dry and chewy, the vegetables were under cooked, the only thing that was done right was the bake potato. We all did not enjoyed the meal.

Nice place and had a several great food items. However, they over cooked two steak entrees and one fish entree. This is quite sad for a place that charges $40 plus for a steak. Then we were never approached by a manager after the error or offered any form of compensation for the meal. Fairly unprofessional for a restaurant of this caliber. Probably understand that most guests are tourists and won't be returning either way.
