I like this store. The sales are worth it, the staff leaves you alone, but what is with them constantly using the mobile wi-fi check- out POS units instead of the registers? I know the mobile units would be a benefit when the lines are really long, but when you’re the only one checking out at the counter at the register it only makes the transaction longer! This has happened the past 4 times I have been there.

I'm usually a huge BR factory fan and have gone here many times. The service is usually great. However, I went there Friday for my birthday because they were having a big sale with everything 50 to 70 percent off. Well, if you look at my receipt they did not give the sale on an expensive item. I even asked if ties were 50% off and they said yes. I am afraid they are doing this to other customers. I purchased so many things that I never noticed until I got home that they snuck in a regular priced item (I still got the 10% off for being a member). I would recommend just doing it online if this is how the store it going to behave to make an extra little revenue. Very sneaky.
