The staff gave great customer service as they looked for two size 10s, 7 and 6-1/2 in a very popular shoe which were on sale.  I purchased one pair on site and ordered the others with ease.  I visited the store after 8 P.M. and was very pleased with the shopping and check-out processes.  Yes, I would visit them again and recommend others do the same. 

 Oh, I  received a message earlier this afternoon stating my shoes had shipped, which is less than 24 hours after having ordered them.

I had the pleasure of being assisted by a sales associate named Ty.  He as very attentive, assertive and detailed to what I was looking to purchase. Ty has an excellent mannerism, and very knowledgeable about what was and was not in stock. My intent was to purchase one item and I ended up purchasing two items based off of the recommendation that Ty provided me with.

bad experience!! Made me angry!! I took the VIP invitation card to this coach outlet store. However the manager asked me to show my ID AND SHE LOOK FOR A LONG WHILE TO CHECK IF THE NAME ON THE INVITATION IS THE SAME AS THE NAME ON MY ID. And she also looked at me to check if I am the person invited! !What if I did not bring my ID?! It made me feel bad!! Am I stealing the invitation card from your store?! ! I will never come back again!! Also the manager is impatient and rude. I asked her a question She said any store has its own rule and don't need to explain or show me the rule.OK you are absolutely right! I will never come back to your store again!!

Brought in the wife and son to shop had a great time and experience.  This is a super busy store probably o top store and they are welcoming, and friendly to all.   Definitely makes the shopping experience great.
