The reviews about the manager are ABSOLUTELY correct. I have visited the store on several occasions and this Christmas Eve has finally showed me that the manager’s attitude is not for dealing with customers.  She is very rude for someone who should be providing exceptional customer service. It is too much to type to explain, but rude is the word to describe her customer service and managerial skills for a retail store. The current assistant manager is awesome, she should be the manager in my opinion. I hope in the near future, changes in this store are for the better. The manager is in dire need of customer service classes.

My friend and I felt emotionally harrased by the African-American associate, with the light brown/blond hair. The employee displaced irratibilty while we browsed through lipstick shades and would stare at us every few seconds, as if to catch us engaging in criminal activity. She expressed that our act of trying on lipsticks  was  interfering with other shoppers  (There was only one other shopper in the store at the time. This customer was in a different section of the store, making the statement false) 

It disheartens me that many other customers have expressed their concerns over this unfair behavior, and yet the mentioned  women remains at the company. This allows me to believe that harassment of customers is the corporate culture for The Cosmetic Company.

I have shopped at this store a couple of times and the experience has always been meh but yesterday was HORRIBLE!!!!  What everyone is saying about the manager with the blonde hair is 1000% true!!!! She made me and my friend feel SO UNCOMFORTABLE! She kept staring at us and looking at us as if we were going to steal TESTER LIPSTICKS! Honestly I always go when the store is 30% off plus it’s already super cheap so the deal is literally unbeatable but man, that lady will make anyone reconsider shopping there ! Just a heads up

I Went there on Wednesday 18th, around 7 PM while I looked for the lipstick, the staff was very rude. She kept sweeping the dust on floor to me, I feel  like she wanted me to leave the store. The store not even close!!! When I walked to other side, she followed me and did the same thing. This so rude I never seen this

Don't waste your time or money! Horrible customer service. I am 16 years old, walking in with my sister to look at makeup. We were kicked out as soon as we walked in. They acted like we were going to steal things because we were young. PROFILING AND STEREOTYPING AT ITS FINEST!
