I'm a 67 year old woman and I love Bancroft Boxing. A friend and I take semi-private lessons with trainer/owner Jared Sher. Jared designs each workout based on the client's skill level and goals. He's excellent at keeping the workouts interesting and challenging. I also attend a women's only training class on Saturday afternoon. This is fun and moves quickly - lots of fun-loving strong women. give it a try!!!

Love this place! I have been going to Bancroft Boxing for over two years and it has become my second home. Everyone there is welcoming and fun. It has everything from boxing/kickboxing classes, weight training to personal training. All of the trainers are encouraging and committed to your success. If you are beginner or an experienced boxer, Bancroft has what you need to stay motivated and accomplish your goals.

I'm in my early 50's and belonged to boxing clubs when I was in college and law school. Since then, I've never found a workout/experience that I enjoy more. Recently, I found Bancroft Boxing and decided to get back into the swing of things, as it were. I couldn't be happier with my decision. Bancroft is a great place to train and get in shape - it has everything you need, including excellent and expert staff and all the equipment required to really challenge yourself. Whether you're new to the sweet science, an advanced practitioner, or someone looking to get in fantastic condition, you can't go wrong with Bancroft Boxing. Highly recommended!

This place made me love being active, the people are so kind, and they really want the best for you. Exercise is still definitely hard for me, but this place makes it easier. I really enjoy being here.
