OVERPRICED AND BAD SERVICE. They push for a puppy/adult plan that includes a bunch of stuff for about 400$ for the year. Vaccinations are roughly 20$! WHY IS THE PLAN SO EXPENSIVE. Also, if your concerned about your pets health, they do not accept drop offs. Needed to get my puppy seen, and they referred me to a different banfeild which then did the same thing. So I hung up! Tried a different clinic in Irvine and the puppy plan was 100$ cheaper.. and include nail trims, tooth brush, vaccinations, discount on micro chipping. Basically, it include a lot more than Benfeild for a more reasonable price! Don't waste your money here people.

The facility is relatively small, but the care and attention we received for our pets was top notch. We made a same day appointment and we were seen right on time. The vet, Dr. Hall, was very knowledgeable and professional. Revised 8/8/2016 This review now reflects a new experience that occurred today. We had made an appointment for our pets for dental cleaning that was supposed to occur today at 7:15AM. Having got the pets there we learned that the appointment was scheduled for 8/15 at a totally different time. I am quite cross we lost a lot of time and I cannot recommend this particular facility.

DO NOT GO HERE....Unless you are looking for an UNPROFESSIONAL, NEGLIGENT, LAZY, IMMATURE veterinary service. Arrived at Banfield on Sunday 7/19/15 around 12:45 with an injured dog. He had been struck on the head and had an open cut and had been bleeding. Upon arrival there was a sign on the counter stating that the staff was in a team meeting until 2pm. I was able to get the attention of a new girl who was in training. I explained the situation to her and she could see that there was blood on my arms and the dogs head. She went into the back and while we were waiting, another Banfield worker walked into the back room with her lunch. The young girl came back out and said that she was talking to the vet to see if "they could find a time to take care of my dog" then she returned to the back room. After another few minutes a second person came out and said that "they would not see us until 2pm or 4pm. We could wait or go somewhere else". At that point we took our dog and went to find someone else who would help. Unbelievable that the vet was in the location and wouldn't even come out to see what was wrong. I have never seen such NEGLIGENT behavior by a "care giver". If you care about your pet's well fair...this is not the place to bring them! Especially if it's lunch time!!!

Worst experience ever. Arrived literally 2 minutes late at 11:32 with a cat who was really sick and was told my cat couldn't be seen because "the vet goes to lunch at noon." Apparently the vet went to lunch early and that was my fault somehow. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
