If you care about your pet don't take them to this location. We have used Banfield for years and have always loved them until we moved to this one. The doctor is great when you finally get to them, but it is such a struggle to get there. The staff are very slow, and don't give the impression that the pet is the priority. I will drive 20 extra minutes to get to another Banfield location because this one sucks.

I agree, this place is a joke! We travel all over the country for work and have been to more Banfields than I can remember & I thought it was strange there was only 3 names on the appt. board. Our Molly needs her anal glands expressed monthly, due to problems 2 months out and they told us there was nothing there.  Apparently somebody didn't want to do it. We will take her elsewhere.

Go to a different vet. I was literally just standing& waiting for 20 mins for someone to come out, I was the only person waiting at the time . I stepped away for a second to walk around, some other lady walks up&the guy comes out, chit chats with her for a minute. I had called&scheduled an APPOINTMENT. No one seemed to care I was there, holding my dog in front of the counter just waiting... This was my first time ever going here&will definitely be my last. Waste of time. Wished I would have scheduled an appointment somewhere else. Oh, &AFTER his appointment time and after I've already left, the guy is calling me to "remind me of his appointment"  lmao. This place is a joke.

The staff here is super friendly and they truly care about your pet.  Highly recommned.
