Find another place to take your animals. We took our dog to this location because we have had problems at another Banfield location (Midwest City). $349 later they cannot find anything wrong with our dog but they want to throw medication at him anyway? And I have to make another appointment at another location to get one of the meds filled because they do not have it at the Rockwell location? No thanks. When we got our dog home, he was throwing up. I called the vet and she said she would call in anti-nausea medication at my local Banfield. I left to pick up the meds, no one called me back to let me know there was a problem with me picking up medication for a pet they had not seen that day. I made the trip for nothing at 6:50 pm. I could have taken my dog to them so they could look at him if I had known that was what they needed to do. Banfield closes at 7 pm. I had to get there to find out they could not/would not help my dog. I went back home and took him to a real veterinarian's office where he received proper treatment. So I had to pay someone to undo what Banfield had done for $349. Do your pet a favor and find another vet. Also their wellness plan is a scam.

I've been bringing my dogs here since they were only a week old. This has been the only vet office that seemed to truly care about my puppies who very nearly died from pneumonia. We have been coming here for the past 3 years and the staff is incredibly caring and competent. I now live over an hour away and still make the drive because of the trust I have in the staff here. Thank you!

I've been bringing my dog to this Banfield ever since he was a puppy. I've been to numerous vet appointments for him and every time I had an appointment here I had to wait somewhere between 20-30 minutes until I saw the actual vet. I had an appointment at 3:40pm and showed up at 3:51pm due to traffic and letting my dog potty before going in. When I arrived they told me I had to re- schedule. I was completely unaware that they have a "10 minute" rule, they could've let me know this when they called twice to confirm the appointment or called at their "5 minute" mark.. I took off work to come to this appointment and had to drive about 20 minutes with a very antsy dog who was only coming in to get re-vaccinated. I just had a very hard time understanding why we had to completely re-schedule for showing up 11 minutes late for an appointment that should've only taken about 5-10 minutes. I called to express these concerns the manager and was told she was unavailable and she has yet to respond. I transferred my dog's file to another location. 

I will NEVER return to this location. I hope that this can help future customers/pets. Take it from me your darling pets deserve better than this.
