We love Dr Bennett here! She's awesome! She helped us through our old dog's last years, and she's still helping us with another oldie. She's very personable, has great advice, and never seems in a hurry during our appointments. The rest of the staff is great too. Edwin kinda runs the place and does a great job. He's awesome!

I'm new to Newcastle, and my 11 year old cat, Miss Sassy, needed to be seen right away. We were warmly welcomed and Dr. Park was so kind and loving with her. After all of the tests were done and Sassy's rehydration treatment was completed, Dr. Park had to give me some bad news. She was very kind, and gave me the information I needed to care for Sassy, and answered all of my questions... even though the clinic was very busy. The rest of the staff are wonderful as well. It was a very positive experience. They even called the next morning to see how my Sassy was doing!

Never do a drop off clinic visit with them. You will be pushed back and back and waste time having pet not helped

I took my new Standard Poodle Connor here for the first time for a well pet check and he was so well cared for on just that first visit that I ended up buying a plan with them. I am kind of a helicopter dog mom so Edwin at the front desk probably knows me by now and never acts like I call too much or I am a pain so for that I appreciate him. He is also so cheerful on the phone and being in customer service for 10 years I love that when I call a place. 
In addition I had Connor castrated there and they did a fantastic job and Connor STILL loves going in. I have booked Connor for a tooth cleaning and can't wait to bring him in year after year.
If you are looking for a FANTASTIC vet clinic with great prices and even monthly plans then you have found the place. Banfield Newcastle is AMAZING!!

Awesome neighborhood vet clinic. Friendly staff knew us and our dog by name after a few visits. Reasonable prices, always clean, and they're great with our shy dog. I highly recommend them.
