Office seems a little small and dated, but the staff are SO welcoming and helpful and knowledgable! Great first impression, so we love coming back :D

I've been coming here for 3 years now with my fairly elderly large Labradoodle.  They have taken good care of him when he needed veterinary assistance.  The on-site groomer specializes in grooming older animals that have trouble standing for long periods of time.  Overall pleased with the staff and service.  My one gripe is that they seem to push recurring services, such as annual checkups, extra vaccinations, etc that are in my opinion of questionable value.  But one can always challenge the recommendations and hear the pros/cons of the proposed treatment.

overpriced! careful with their care plan - it covers almost nothing! impossible to get appointments at evenings\weekends  - use companion animal hospital at 156th - cheaper, professionals, evenings and weekend hours are available.

My dog has been with them for six months and it's been a really good experience. They are very responsive and sometimes can schedule appointments on the same day for sudden onset of issues. The doctors and staff seems to truly care about the well-being of our dog and try their best to minimize the stress of the animals. They also send follow up texts or calls the day after the appointments to check on our dog.
They also have a very good grooming salon.
