HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!! I would NEVER recommend a single person to set foot in this store or to call for that matter. Employees pretending to be management when asked there last name I don't got to give you my last name. WOW!!! I was on hold 2 times for over 30 minutes and both times I called no one greets you they just put you directly on hold. My son had an appt to fix his phone for a cracked screen. A very minor crack he had an appt for 6:20 and they made him pay upfront without even having the phone fixed yet. Then let him wait for 3 hours for his phone. That is horrible and taking advantage of someone. I called the store for 30 min trying to find out what was happening and was directly put on hold for 20 min because the employees there have horrible customer services skills and need to be trained again. How a company that large allows these employees to represent there store is unprofessional and I personally would NEVER shop there again. Its unacceptable and I will be reporting each and everyone of them to corporate but I imagine corporate wont care either considering they hire these managers. Good job Best Buy on the worst customer service EVER!!

Don't buy from this best buy they really do discriminate against black people. They have a way of not making your charge go through and blame it on your chip card. I tried to make a purchase the screen never change and he kept telling to swipe my card because he knew it wouldn't go through and kept saying they chip is not reading. I told him I'm not stupid and this is not my first tim3 purchasing from best buy because the screen change from the list of products your buying to if you want print email or both then another screen then they green arrows go down the side none of these happened and even after I told him this he still kept playing stupid. I ask for a manager a bald headed guy name Jason came out which was no help. I agree that if your skin is darker than the usual you get treated different I even called corporate they transferred me to the store manager she was even worst since she the one that train then to be racial profilers.

Get it together Best Buy. Came to Aventura to get a radio install done. Set the appointment online came early to my appointment. So come to find out your store doesn't even do audio installs at this location anymore. I would look at your how you are set up online to set these appointments and your people were completely useless on getting me to another location to honor my appointment. Crappy online interface for appointments and crappy customer service.

By far the worst customer service! They literally have no knowledge nor have any desire to help a customer. They pretty much screw you when it comes to assistance in any purchase.
