About

Traditional Vietnamese Banh Mi and a variety of refreshing bubble teas.

Story

Kellie (Ti) and Tuyen (Mi) have always dreamed of opening a Vietnamese cafe and when they moved to Pittsburgh, Kellie knew Lawrenceville had to be the spot for their food and concept.

Banh Mi & Ti was created, a small cafe that serves traditional Vietnamese banh mi. Our signature banh mi, "The Viet Special" includes our homemade mayo, pâté, pork roll, ham, and head cheese. Other items on the menu includes rice bowls, bubble teas, Vietnamese coffee (we use Cafe du Monde brand) and sugar cane juice.

We are proud to be a women owned business, minority owned business, the kitchen includes my mom and dad, our vendors are local and we absolutely love the city of Pittsburgh and we are in Lawrenceville

Cool hipster atmosphere but the Banh Mi I had was not authentic. It was made with sliced lunch meats. Other ones might be different, and it was a tasty sandwich regardless, but the Banh Mi I got was not the real deal.

This place is an absolute gem in the Pittsburgh dining scene. The banh mis are fantastic, comparable to the ones I had when visiting Vietnam. The cost is another awesome part - there are few places in town where you can get a meal at this price point. Your sandwich is normally ready in less than five minutes. The dining room is fairly basic, but just fine for a casual meal.

The best bamh mi I've had outside of Vietnam. And Vietnamese iced coffee is on point.
