Great food, nice place, but the music was way too LOUD and ruins the experience for me. It was so obnoxious I actually felt slightly nauseous upon leaving. I don't understand why some restaurants insist on trying to be a nightclub. I'm going there to EAT not to dance. The music is supposed to be BACKGROUND to help the atmosphere, its not supposed to DOMINATE to where you can't hear what the person is saying that you are dining with. I would consider going back if they reduced the music volume to acceptable background levels.

Excellent!! Ki Pollo doesn't disappoint. I tried the combo which was very filling with three pieces of fried chicken and the choice of two empanadas plus a bao bun. 
The chicken was incredible. It was crispy and juicy and loaded with flavor even without a sauce on it. I tried the ginger soy sauce -which was sweet and it complimented the chicken well. I also tried the sambal sauce. It was deceivably spicy but sweet with a coconut twist. 
The empanadas were divine. I had the pollo and the shroom. They were light and airy and loaded with flavor. 
The secret star was the bao bun -a crispy, chewy, savory delight. Think of it as a savory cinnamon roll. Use it to soak up some ginger soy sauce and your tastebuds will explode. 
The atmosphere at Ki Pollo was casual and chill. We will definitely be going back.

The food is phenomenal! I ordered the pollo and shrooms empanadas and the 2 piece chicken and though my order was wrong (I received the beef instead of chicken) I'm so glad I went. I'm surprised by how good the food is, second night open. Highly recommended, the only reason for the 4 stars is because of the wait and the mismatch ok the order.

Ordered kimchee for $4 . Should of went down the strip to buy a whole jar or made it myself (cheap to make) for that price. Got only 2 tablespoons of kimchee in container.
