The lack of customer service skills is so bad I've changed my mind from opening my business account here. There needs to be a customer service and retention training on how to speak with your customer

I've been a Bank of America customer for many years now, and this Elizabeth Branch is the least convenient branch I've ever seen.  Most branches have an employee greeting customers and helping them from the moment they walk in.  Not this one at least not today. Why would they have 1 teller at lunch hour is beyond me. Just to get 2 rolls of quarters took 20 minutes.  Not coming back here if I can help it...

If I could give it 0 starts I would. About two weeks ago I went to deposit cash using one of the ATM machines. This machine got stuck in the middle of the transaction and didn’t count my money correctly. I went to my online banking and it showed the right amount I deposited. A week later, the bank deducted 300 dollars from my account stating that they did the counting wrong. I filed a claim with the bank and to this point they kept my money stating that the machine counted the money incorrectly and that is why they had to deduct these 300 dollars from my account. They robbed my moment as if I were rich able to throw my money into the air. PLEASE DON’T USE THIS BRANCH IF YOU DON’T WANT FOR YOUR MONEY TO BE STOLEN FROM YOU.

This is insane my husband and I have been banking with BOA for over 10 years!! Walked in at this location and nobody acknowledges you!!! They are unprofessional and the sarcastic tone was beyond me...never again!! Management needs a revamp

Slowest tellers ever , stood on line for a hour and there was only 4 people ahead of me , that bank is ridiculous.

Please do not waste your time coming in this bank. Something is always up with this Please. Most of the time is close or they have one Teller. To withdraw or deposit is 45 to 1hr. Please do not come here.

Worst bank branch ever 1.5 hr to deposit check 8 windows one teller it’s nightmare to do any business here

The worst customer service I ever received from a BOA branch. I called twice and both employees were sassy and had an attitude because they were busy. I understand that you are busy and may be overwhelmed but telling a costumer that you don’t have time to listen to their story or their issue because you are busy, as if I am not a customer you should also be worried about and willing to help is ridiculous. Will not be coming back to this branch and might be switching Banks all together. Do better.

Really bad service , they never answer the phone.

The worse bank ever. If you overdraft they charge you a fee of $70 , two charges of $35 within 5days of your overdraft. When you call to find out why they charge you TWICE ,the person tell you they understand but they cant do nothing and when i ask to speak to a manager i was told there wasnt any avaliable. How convient. Then charge a monthly maintenance fee if you don't do an automatic scheduled transfer of $25 every statement between your accounts. I have been with this bank for so many years and all it does is keep disappointing me. No type of improvement and then they ask for feedback on how we like their business and app. Yes the app works perfect but the charges are the worse. It's time I change to a new bank. Bank of america you guys need to do better. People need to pay attention to your bank account cause they could be charging you without your knowledge.
